 Phase 1 Removals Inc. was formed in 1984 with a
$500.00 investment and an old Chevy pick-up truck. Through the grace of clients that trusted Phase 1 with their work,
we grew. Almost 20 years later the old pick-up truck has turned
into a fleet of front line equipment - compaction units, roll-offs,
flatbeds, Bobcats and containers of every size are available.
Phase 1 specializes in interior removals and containers service.
We are a union shop with agreements with both Local 813 Teamsters
and Local 79 Laborers.
Our drivers are experienced professionals operating state of the
art equipment to cater to all your carting needs. Our laborers are
highly trained, holding certificates of fitness for all aspects
of NYC construction (Scaffold use, firewatch, oxy-acyt., temporary
heat, etc).
Phase 1 administers a Federally mandated drug program
to insure a Drug- Free work environment.
Our estimates are clear and quantitative.
This insures
the client knows what's involved in the project
as well as calling
attention to items that may have been missed.
